My wife and I purchased a Tierra built home last year and couldnt be happier. The quality, floor plan, and upgrades in the home instantly sold us. We are also very happy with their customer service! Thanks Tierra Group.

"The entire experience with Tierra has been as flawless as the house. I've bought homes in several communities in Colorado over the past 30 years and have always been a tough customer. My new green-built Tierra Group home in Edgemont Highlands has more than met expectations and the Tierra Group team could not have been more helpful and professional during the decision making and walk through process. The comprehensive Homeowner's Manual provided by the Customer Service Department is thoughtfully designed to create a successful one year warranty process for both buyer and seller. The Manual also acts as a great resource guide for the art of comfortable home upkeep into the future." -- Kristine Johnson

This home is well priced
One of the best floor plans that Tierra has had in the Parade. The lower kitchen island is perfect and inviting. I like the upgrades. I like the living room looking off into the back yard. The colors as always are great. This is in town living at a perfect price point. Well done Tierra.

Super sweet efficient eco friendly homes. The Tierra crew is great to work with from the lender side. Stop by their downtown office on Main. The chapstick is free......

Buiders Owned by the Tribe with Very Experienced Employees
I'm am so impressed with the building company. I recently took a tour of their products from Three Springs to Edgemont, the Skyline, to West Durango and quite frankly didn't see anything I did not like. Prices, well like many houses and builders, it's going to cost you though they will work with your budget. Also, you can be sure that if something goes wrong with your home they will help correct whatever it is because they are owned by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and are not going anywhere therefore they must back up their product.
