Breakthroughs with Randi
Experiencing Hakomi with Randi allowed breakthroughs that had been years in the making. Randi's patient, engaged and compassionate approach created safety, and supported me to access core level wounds. By entering into mindfulness with Randi, and allowing my body to open to the truth of my experiences, I was able to address undone issues from my past and bring immense healing and awareness to them in the present. After doing a series of Hakomi sessions with Randi, I noticed how much more in tune I was with my emotions. I've become much more aware of how certain sensations in my body are connected to particular feelings I'm experiencing...and I'm able to make the connection between the two much quicker now. I love how Randi so gently holds the space for me to make these connections. She has such a nurturing presence and creates a safe space in which I can explore my deepest feelings.
