I am a local business owner and wanted to use a local embroidery shop for my business. I placed an order for several hats and a few shirts. I requested that the front of all the hats have my business name printed on them. And on some of the hats I requested that my URL (www.companyname.com) be stitched on the backs. At the time of placing the order, I correctly gave them the information which Kay (the owner) correctly wrote down on the order sheet. When I picked up the hats I only checked the front of the hats and they looked okay. A couple of days later I noticed that the backs of the hats had been stitched wrong (e.g., the URL said www.companyname with NO .com). After calling Durango Embroidery three times within one week and leaving messages with different people I finally got a call back from Kay. This was likely only because I stated in my final call to them that I would next time just come into their business personally. After having a rather unpleasant conversation with the owner about their mistake on the hats, they refused to correct the problem. Instead, they wanted to shift the blame of the error on me. The owner then proceeded to tell me that she would NOT remake the hats correctly without additional payment. Her point was that I did not check the hats carefully when I picked them up. The initial order clearly and correctly indicated the URL to be printed with .com but it did not end up on the final hats. Needless to say I will NOT be using Durango Embroidery again. In addition, this business was not responsive to my calls both before and after the hat pick up. BTW, this is the first negative review I have EVER posted on a business. Save yourself a headache and choose elsewhere.

They are great for small requests but They don't have enough staff to push out large orders quickly and I have moved on to another company due to numerous late orders. Awesome folks they just need to clone Eric so they can do more faster.

Slow service and somewhat inaccessible!
It would behoove the public to know that I do not work for Buzztown or a competitor's store, and that I've recently been having poor customer service at Durango Embroidery. From the beginning, the digitizing of our logo took 3 weeks for them to complete after scanning our previous logo. We went in April 18, 2011, and got the design back from them on May 9, 2011. Our latest order from June 24 has not been filled and it's currently July 9th. This, after our logo design had already been created and digitized. Also, two of my phone calls went unreturned, and one email went unacknowledged and unreturned. On the bright side, I should say that the shirts they embroidered for us turned out really well. The design that they helped us out with looked good in the end.

Half Price has got it going on! BuzzTown has used them for all our apparel and printing needs. They have a great selection spanning from t-shirts to hoodies to hats to vests, you name it! Great turnaround time and AWESOME customer service! You won't find more passion or expertise for this industry anywhere else!

Our hockey team purchased Jerseys from Half Price Tees this season. Man, these guys are total pros! There pricing was less expensive than any other national provider, and they turned around the Jerseys in two weeks! They also made some great recommendations on how to set up the Jerseys.
