I used to be a loyal customer, but they recently told me my brakes were completely worn and needed to be replaced. When i had them inspected by another mechanic, they told me that the brakes had years worth of braking surface left on them. I'm bummed, because they used to be honest and reliable. They are great diagnosers of problems. I wish they hadn't got greedy and tried to cheat loyal customers.

Local mechanic shop
Durango Small Car consistently offers honest prices and quality service. Great at keeping customers in the loop about what is going on with their cars, and offering practical options for the average consumer. Unfortunately, their service has earned them a name, expect 2 weeks to get your car in, but know that service is prompt and you will have your car back in no time.

The Place for Foreign Auto Repair
It was the rave reviews that brought me here and the service that will keep me as a customer. While they don't have the best deal in town on an oil change, I am so impressed with their service and knowledge, that I will only let them touch my car. Besides, they will save you money on any major fixes. They have been known to offer advice to the do-it-yourself mechanic, take a quick look at a concerned customer's car, and all around go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.

Willing to Help
Durango Small Car is a real nice place to do business. I have had several cars in there over the years and never had a problem. But most recently I got stuck with a problem on my Saab that not even our local "dealer" could solve. The guys at Durango Small car couldn't help either, but they patiently explained my options, referred me to a specialist with zero hassle. Sometime we all need somebody with the guts and honesty to say, "I don't know".
